What a unique review, I must say! Haha. My spouse and I are in our golden years and struggle with knee issues. These pads have truly been a lifesaver when we need to kneel down around the house. They allow us to easily get back up without any discomfort. It may seem silly, but when your knees are in rough shape and you can't easily stand back up after kneeling down, having these pads provides the support that our own knees lack.

They work well for kneeling, but if you need to move around on your knees, like crawling, they tend to slide. I adjusted the straps as tight as possible, but once I started crawling, the pads kept slipping above my knees.
